School's In: Get Back into Gymnastics

HAC Man Wolf Gazer never leaves the gym but the Summer Fun is over.  It's time to get back to serious training.
School's back in session and that means it's time for you to get back into gymnastics.  You can sign up for a gymnastics class at a gym near you or simply start finding ways to incorporate gymnastic movement into your workout.  Try handstands, muscle ups, supports on rings, and definitely work on your flexibility.  Gymnasts live to stretch!

Wide arm handstands take strength and balance.

HAC Woman Damaris, is definitely serious when it comes to getting in the gym.

The press to handstand is one of the quintessential gymnastics movements.
